Sarah E. Schuller grew up in Plano, Texas and attended Plano Senior High School. Ms. Schuller graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College at Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Honors Arts and Letters. Ms. Schuller remained in Lubbock to attend Texas Tech School of Law where she graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in May of 2015. During her law school career, Ms. Schuller made the Dean’s Honor List, worked in the Low Income Tax Clinic, and received a top oralist award in Texas Tech’s advocacy program.
Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Ms. Schuller gained valuable legal experience while working for an insurance defense and personal injury firm in Lubbock, Texas. She also became a trained mediator with the Office of Dispute Resolution, helping to resolve over 25 disagreements. Additionally, Ms. Schuller spent time volunteering with the Innocence Project of Texas. There, she focused on overturning convictions under Senate Bill 344 which expanded habeas corpus relief for people falsely convicted based on junk science.
Ms. Schuller joined the Bergquist Law Firm in January of 2016, where she currently focuses her practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. In her free time, Ms. Schuller enjoys spending time with her family, following Texas Tech Football, and throwing the Frisbee to her lab/border collie mix puppy.
