Laura Chapa grew up in Victoria, Texas. Ms. Chapa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Texas at San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Chapa attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. During her law school career, Ms. Chapa was a member of the Health Law Society, Women’s Law Society, and served as the Judicial Committee Chairman for the Student Board of Advocates.

Ms. Chapa is based in our Houston office.
