Kenneth Nguyen was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Mr. Nguyen received his Bachelor’s Degree in both Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. After graduating, Mr. Nguyen decided to stay in Houston to continue his education at the University of Houston Law Center.

During his law school career, he served as a board member for the Advocates, an organization based around legal advocacy. Additionally, Mr. Nguyen was selected in his first year to join the Mock Trial Team. Mr. Nguyen was selected to compete in multiple National Trial Competitions where he gained valuable litigation experience.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mr. Nguyen gained practical experience working in a family law practice and at a boutique personal injury litigation firm. In addition, Mr. Nguyen served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Frances Stacy of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Nguyen holds certificates in Basic Mediation and in Advanced Family Mediation, which are both helpful to him as he currently serves as a Court-appointed special advocate in Harris county and Brazoria county.
