Kayla Aitken was born/grew up in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Aitken received her Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Arts in Health Communications from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. After graduating, Ms. Aitken attended law school at Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. During her law school career, she was a member of Texas A&M’s National Mock Trial team.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Ms. Aitken gained valuable legal experience working at a Dallas- based personal injury firm, working as a summer associate.

Ms. Aitken is based in our Dallas office.
