Jovani Diaz is a Partner at the Bergquist Law Firm. As a personal injury attorney, she is committed to the pursuit of justice on behalf of all her clients. 

Ms. Diaz has significant litigation and trial experience, having obtained multiple verdicts as lead counsel in personal injury cases. She has prevailed against insurance companies time and time again. Ms. Diaz always seeks the best outcome and her success includes her receiving the award of Texas Top 100 Personal Injury Verdicts in 2019.

Ms. Diaz’s practice centers around cases including but not limited to: motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, UM/UIM coverage, commercial cases, and wrongful death.  

Ms. Diaz was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Houston Baptist University where she obtained both her Political Science and Psychology degrees and graduated top 10% of her class. Thereafter, Ms. Diaz attended South Texas College of Law where she obtained her jurisprudence doctorate. Ms. Diaz graduated top 20% of her law school class, and while in law school she worked full time in various areas of the law and was a member of Law Review.

As a first generation American and the oldest child of immigrant parents, Ms. Diaz was instilled early on with principles of integrity, honesty and compassion from parents who worked to give her the best life they could. Ms. Diaz has carried those lessons to the personal injury arena and is devoted to serve those who need her.
