Jonathan McKinney was born/grew up in Houston, Texas. Mr. McKinney received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of North Texas in Houston, Texas. After graduating, Mr. McKinney attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. During his law school career, he served as President on the American Civil Liberties Union at South Texas College of Law as well as a member of the Board of Advocates.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mr. McKinney gained valuable legal experience working at an Insurance Defense Firm as a Law Clerk.

Mr. McKinney is based in our Houston office.
