Hunter Tormey was born in Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Tormey received his Bachelor’s Degree in Government and graduated as a Jefferson Scholar from The University Texas at Austin in Austin, Texas. After graduating, Mr. Tormey attended law school at Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas. During his law school career, he competed for Baylor’s Moot Court and Mock Trial teams, worked in the Baylor University Office of General Counsel, and was inducted into the prestigious Order of Barristers.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mr. Tormey gained valuable legal experience working at personal injury law firms in Waco and Dallas as a law clerk.
