Horacio L Hernandez was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas. Mr. Hernandez received Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. After graduating, Mr. Hernandez attended law school at the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. During his law school career, he served as a staff editor on the Mississippi Law Journal.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mr. Hernandez gained valuable legal experience working at several litigation firms as a law clerk across the Southeastern United States during law school.

Mr. Hernandez is based in our Houston office.
