Gerson Vilchez grew up in Austin, Texas. Mr. Vilchez received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. After graduating, Mr. Vilchez attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. During his law school career, he was a Mock Trial Advocate on the South Texas Mock Trial Team competing in various tournaments around the country.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mr. Vilchez gained valuable legal experience working at several personal injury firms as a law clerk.
