Gabriel Rivera was born in Houston, Texas. Mr. Rivera received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science from University of Houston Downtown, Texas. After graduating, Mr. Rivera attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. During his law school career, he served as a Student Ambassador, as the Dean of Delta Theta Phi, clerked for the Harris County Attorney’s Office, and two other personal injury law firms in Houston, handling a variety of personal injury cases including automobile accidents. Additionally, Mr. Rivera received his mediator’s certificate.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mr. Rivera practiced law in a personal injury firm as an Associate Attorney. There he gained valuable legal experience handling a litigation dock representing plaintiffs in commercial and personal injury claims.

Mr. Rivera is based in our Houston office.
