Austin Ningneng Xu was born and grew up in China. Mr. Xu received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Master’s Degree prior to pursing legal career. Mr. Xu attended law school at University of Houston Law Center in Houston, Texas.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mr. Xu gained valuable legal experience clerking at 157 th District Court with Judge Garrison and Texas First Court of Appeals with Honorable Justice Keyes. Austin Xu has experiences in both trial matters and appellate matters.
