Nicole Feragen

Nicole Feragen was born in Hanover, Germany and grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. Ms. Feragen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. After graduating, Ms. Feragen attended law school at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. During her law school career, she participated in the Puerto Rico Trial Advocacy Competition and the ABA Client Counseling Competition on behalf of the Board of Advocates, placing as a semifinalist in both competitions. In addition to earning a Master-Level Advocate title, Ms. Feragen also held multiple Director positions on the Board of Advocates, was the President of the Corporate Law Association, and served as a Staff Editor for The International Law Review Association Journal. As a 2L student, Ms. Feragen represented many low-income community members in need of legal assistance on behalf of her law school’s Civil/Consumer Clinic.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Ms. Feragen gained valuable legal experience working at a Dallas-based personal injury firm, where she was promoted from a law clerk to a trial lawyer after her bar admission. During her time there, Ms. Feragen worked on personal injury cases covering a multitude of issues including automobile and truck collisions, premises liability, inadequate security, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, and daycare negligence.

In her spare time, Ms. Feragen enjoys baking desserts, spending time in her backyard with her dogs, and visiting with family and friends.
