Sarah E. Schuller

Sarah Schuller grew up in Plano, Texas where she attended Plano Senior High School. Upon graduation, Mrs. Schuller moved to Lubbock, Texas where she graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University. She remained in Lubbock to attend Texas Tech School of Law. During her law school career, Mrs. Schuller made the Dean’s Honor List, worked in the Low-Income Tax Clinic, and received a top oralist award in Texas Tech’s advocacy program.

Prior to joining the Bergquist Law Firm, Mrs. Schuller gained valuable legal experience while working for an insurance defense and personal injury firm. She also became a trained mediator with the Office of Dispute Resolution, helping to resolve over 25 disagreements. Additionally, Mrs. Schuller spent time volunteering with the Innocence Project of Texas. There, she focused on overturning convictions under Senate Bill 344 which expanded habeas corpus relief for individuals falsely convicted based on junk science.

Mrs. Schuller joined the Bergquist Law Firm in January of 2016, where she currently focuses her practice on healthcare litigation, contract disputes and representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
